Things To Remember.

No Comment - Post a comment

A lot of things can, have and will be said about blogging. There are a lot of blogs out there with tips and all other things related to blogging.Do this,do that, don't do this, don't do that.Do it like this, not like that,be like this, don't be like that.Use this, don't use that.In the end it is all up to you to decide because after all it is your blog, you decide what it is going to be,what it will be like.

With all the tips available, not much can be written that someone else have not write about, only the way it was presented can be different, and how many people read it.Maybe what you read here you have read somewhere else, maybe it is coincidence.

But of all the tips and things related to blogging,I wanted to share this things that I hope we all can remember no matter where we are now with our blog.
  • Self belief. It is your blog, you started it and with strong self belief you can bring it to where you want it to be.You can learn from others but if you don't have strong self belief,it is hard to keep going,to achieve your goals.
  • Step-by-step.Don't rush it,do things step-by-step.The faster you run,the bigger cut you will get if you fall.Don't rush yourself,do one thing at a time.
  • Branding.Yes..you must create your own brand, choosing a good name for your blog is branding it,a good brand will last long in memory.
  • Instinct. We all have instinct, follow your instinct, don't just follow the trend. If everyone say Entrecard is good,Twitter is good, follow your instinct,if your instinct says no,don't do it,maybe it work for some, but not for you, maybe you will do better doing something else.
  • Mistake.Don't be afraid to try something for fear of making mistake. We are human and human make mistake.Learn from the mistake we make to make us wiser.
  • Quality.Always give quality content and maintain it.A quality blog is what readers want.It is not about quantity.Posting quality post daily or thrice a week are better than posting 3 non quality post daily.
  • Different. You must dare to be different.Be yourself, don't imitate others.
  • Lead.Try to be a leader, not a follower.Create a path where others will follow instead of going with the path that others are following.

Finding A Way Out.

No Comment - Post a comment

No..I'm not giving up blogging,I love blogging and I believe most of you are like me,we just love blogging because it gave us satisfaction. But sometimes, someday we just don't feel like doing it,I mean posting to our blog.It is not because the lack of ideas, being bored or not having enough time, but as human we can't escape from problems and this problems can have major effect on our blogging life.

These problems varied from personal problems like family issues, relationship issues.Health can also create problems, not feeling well will keep you in bed and I guess it can even effect your thinking and creativity to come out with a post.Financial problems can led to personal and health problems and can certainly jeopardize your blogging ways.

I have the combination of personal, health and financial problems now.I'm not feeling very well since the weather here is quite hot and windy and it cause some people to go down with fever, sore throat, flu and coughing. But I try not to let all this problems have any effect on my blogging life, but how do I do it?Well one thing that I have to say is that you have to have strong will power and since I love blogging and I didn't feel it is a chore,I can work myself up to keep on creating and making a post but still strong will power is not just enough.

You must have a clear goal and I have set my goal when I first started blogging,so I have a schedule that I hope will help me achieve my goals.I work within my schedule no matter how my condition are,I push myself to follow that schedule so I will be doing the things I was suppose to do.It is a bit hard, that I agree, but knowing there are things need to be done are enough to keep me out of just lying there on my bed.

You just can't let one thing from stopping you to do other things.I know that my health are important, but after taking my medicine,I do my work and later I can get my rest, there are certain things from my schedule that I can skip and maybe do it later or tomorrow, but things related to making a post must be done,it is a priority.

One more thing got me thinking during this period.Passion.It is what keep me going on and I'm lucky because I choose something that I love to do,something I'm passionate about and it is the passion that keep me going, keeping me strong. When you face difficult situation, then you will know what is the real reason you are doing it,if it is not something that you are passionate about, even one small obstacle will get you demoralized, but if it is something that you really want to do,really love, really passionate about, you can conquer it even a mountain or sea lies in your way.

As human we are made to be different but there are somethings that apply to everybody no matter who they are,and love is certainly one of it,it knows no boundaries and we all know what people can do out of love.

Choosing Your Path.

No Comment - Post a comment

You have already make a choice when you decide to blog. There are so many reasons why someone starts a blog but to me,it all ends up into this 4 categories.
  • To become well known/popular.
  • To get lots of readers/subscribers/followers.
  • To become an authority figure.
  • To make money.
In which category do you fall into?If you ask me,I want to be all 4 of it,because if I am well known or popular,I will surely get a lot of readers who will subscribe to my feeds and become my followers and this will make me an authority figure in the niche I choose and since to monetize your blog you need traffic, and I have have lots of it,I surely can monetize my blog.

I wish it is that simple, but the truth is,blogging is a very long journey if you really set those things as your goals. It is not just a long journey but also full of obstacles and hurdles that you have to carefully manoeuvre so you won't get stuck among the obstacles and fall while attempting to clear the hurdles. Most blogger are afraid or not ready to go by this path yet they want to achieve those goals,so what did they do,they choose an easier path or maybe a short cut.Why bother taking the longer route that you don't even know if you will reach your destination if there are other simpler and shorter routes.

There is nothing wrong in choosing other path because there are a lot of path to choose from and the choice is all yours, nobody will stop you in choosing your own path because you decide your own destiny. It is easy for all those A-List blogger to say this and that because they are already there,we are the one who are just starting the journey and at the time when those A-List blogger start theirs, they don't have as many choices and path as we now have,so how would they know.

They know because they have gone through what we just started to experience, they don't have the luxury that we have know when they start blogging but still they have to make a choice which path they want to use.Maybe you don't want the 3 things, you just want to make money, sure you can make money with your blog,it is easier now with ads,GPT,reviews, affiliate programs.
  • Paid review. You can apply to PayPerPost and once you are accepted, you can start writing reviews and will get paid for it,but don't blame Google if you suddenly lost your PageRank.Later on you might wonder why your readers suddenly decrease so does your subscribers and even your bounce rate are getting higher.I won't bother reading something that you know are being written because it is paid for,but if it comes with the pro and cons and from someone who you know knows what he/she is writing about is a different thing.
  • Duplicate content.Just copy other people work as long you have a post to show to your readers, and make sure you copy some very good article because this will make more people want to read your blog, more people = more money. This will also get you banned, not only you don't get anything, you can even get fined for it.
  • Free articles. Why bother doing research for your post, you can easily get free articles on whichever topic your choose, people don't care as long as they see you post regularly on your blog.Once people know you only create your blog to make money, they will leave your blog until you give up and abandoned it.
  • Spamming.Shamelessly promoting yourself when leaving comments,in forums. It will make you famous for a while, but only for a while.
  • Lying. No one knows who you really are online, you can lie and people won't even know, maybe not now,but sooner or later they will know and once they know it,it will spread like wildfire on the Internet and that will be the end of your day.
  • Illegal. You can do all sorts of things illegally online, getting traffic, doing your SEO,I read last week you can even hack the number of your blog subscribers, but sooner or later people will know but you are in greater trouble if the search engines know you are cheating them.
Some blogger choose the above path so they can make money with their blog, but for how long? Why just aim to make money and I don't think you will be rich by resorting to those methods. Why not choose the correct path,it is much longer and harder, but if you can reach the end,not only you will earn good money, you become popular and most importantly, you gain respect.

So which path do you plan to choose?

I Don't Feel Like Blogging.

No Comment - Post a comment

There comes a time in your life, when you just suddenly feel you don't want to do anything. You don't want to go to school, not because you are ill,but just because you don't feel like going, same goes when you are in your working age,you feel tired, not motivated to go to work, even though there are tons of work that you need to finish up at the office.

I sometimes feel this way about blogging, especially lately,it is not just about blogging,it is just a time in my life that I just don't want to do anything, not everything, but mostly things that need your mind and body to work.In a simple word,I just feel lazy!

Who ever says blogging is easy, boy,I wish he or she is in front of me so I can knock their head. There is nothing easy about blogging.Exciting,fun,enjoyable..yes..easy..no.

The biggest problem that I think a blogger face is finding time to blog and to keep motivated to blog.So I will touch on the first one, about time in this post and discuss about the other one,how to keep motivated in the next post.

For fulltime blogger like me,time is not such a big problem, but sometimes it does, not because of not having enough time to write a post, but more about finding the right time to write it.But for part-time blogger, time can posed a big problem. So how do we solve this time problem since we cannot do anything to change the 24 hours a day that we have.

Time management.

I think this is the best solution. We have 24 hours,so work it out to our benefit no matter if we blog full or part-time.I believe if we manage our time properly,we can do all the task that we need to do,blogging or non blogging related, attend to other things in our life and as a bonus,we can even have some time for a nap!

To manage our time,we must have a schedule.List out what are the things that need to be done daily after we woke up,to the time we go back to sleep,no matter if you have a job or spend all day at home like me.Through this schedule, set a time to make your blog post, but remember, there is no point in having a schedule if you do not stick to it.Try it for a few days, make changes until you find one that really suits you and stick to it.Doing things routinely everyday will create a habit,a good one and will benefit you and your life.

Always have a pen and notebook close to you,not only to write points for your post, but with every free time you have, write and edit your post,so when you want to make your post, just type it in,without having to think while you type, you can easily finish your post in 15 to 20 minutes, giving you time to do other things.

Look for ways that will make your life easier, like subscribing to certain site you like for information,so instead of spending time looking for it,you can open your reader and get the feeds there,or subscribing through emails. If you have extra time and with a few post in your notebook, type all of it and schedule it for the next 2 or 3 days,so on that day you don't have to think about making a post, instead you can do research,or just enjoy a break by going out.

If you are serious about blogging and finding it hard to make time to make a post, you really should have a daily schedule and include posting to your blog in it.

As for me,feeling lazy is just something you feel inside, once you get over it,everything return to normal. It is something that you have to fight,or maybe it is time to take a break?

Bloggers Are Humans Too..

1 comments - Post a comment

Bloggers are only human, and as human,we make mistake. How hard we try to be perfect, but sometimes mistakes does happen.Spelling error, grammar mistake are common among bloggers, but certain people have trouble in accepting this fact.It is like when you blog, you must be perfect,no mistake is allowed. You must present great content,no spelling error,no grammar mistake. The post must have a certain flow so reading it will be a smooth and enjoyable experience, and surprisingly, these people are bloggers too,and even their own blog doesn't represent what they preach.

Expectation. That is the problem. You cannot expect all the blogs out there to be the same.It is created by different people with different taste, different liking, different interest, different background from different countries. There will be a difference.People from US,UK,Canada and Australia maybe can blog in English with a very little effort since it is a major language there, except for Canada where there are a mix of English and French, but to people like me,from Malaysia, somewhere in South East Asia and I believe some of you didn't even know where it is and many other Asian countries,or African countries,or certain European countries like Portugal,Spain,Romania where English is not a major language, there will be some problem, unless you have good command of English.

You can proofread your article before getting it publish, some even ask friends to proofread it for them, this will reduce the percentage of making mistakes, but do you always proofread your articles?Do you always have time to proofread it or ask someone to do it for you?I normally check for spelling errors, then read it twice or thrice before I hit the publish button.

I'm sharing what I learn, what I know, what I find is right with my readers,so we can all learn something new, that is why I also read other blogs,to learn.I'm not writing to get an A+ in exams or writing novel, some English Literature, and so does all of you.Just write what you want, try to minimize the mistake, but in the end, mistakes still happen because we are only human.

Bloggers have emotion too.We have personal, family and financial problems and it all can have effect on our blogging.Sometimes we just make a simple post,or maybe miss our posting because there are other things we have to attend to,some people understand, some people don't.They start questioning you being here on the blogosphere, but when you look at their blogs, there isn't any regular posting pattern,at least you update your blog regularly. Most blog readers are bloggers too,so try to understand that bloggers are human that have other things in their life other than blogging.

Take a break from blogging maybe for 2-3 days or a week.Go somewhere, settle your problems, spend time with your family.Refresh yourself.Life is not just about blogging and life on the Internet.Don't treat it like you are addicted.Don't push yourself.Do take care of your personal thing, your health, these are the things that matters too.You won't be blogging if you got sick or maybe even dead.Blogging can be hazardous if you don't take care of your health.Sitting too long can bring problems to your back.Facing the monitor for too long can be bad to your eyes and brain.Spending long time online, sometimes eating chips and coke and not having enough sleep can be bad for your heart.Take good care of your health.Being healthy meaning you can keep on blogging for a long time.

Don't Be A Passive Blogger.

No Comment - Post a comment

Are you a passive blogger?Do you network with other bloggers?Do you join forums?Do you join Social Media or Social Networking sites?

Being a passive blogger is not good for you, especially for your blog. You must communicate with other bloggers so that others will know you exist and it will help expose your blog, but there are ways in communicating with other bloggers and make sure you follow this simple guide line so you won't irritate other bloggers.
  • Forums.Join forums to expose your blog and to know other bloggers, but remember not to spam the forums with nothing but self promotion.Be a good and helpful members by posting valuable information or helping out other members.
  • Comments.Response to comments that you receive and also visit the blog of the people who leave comments on your blog, and if you find it interesting, leave your comment there.Visit other blogs daily and leave comments where necessary.Never start your first comment by asking for link exchanges or asking them to visit your blog,or leaving comment like nice blog,I agree. You will only downgrade yourself.
  • Social Networking.Join social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook.More and more bloggers are into Twitter and FriendsFeed.Get new friends, and remember,no spamming and self promotion.Engage with other members,be a friend,be yourself.Don't fake it because sooner or later people will be a able to see through it.
You must always remember that by doing all this is not just about yourself, about what you want to gain, though sadly most of the time it is about personal gain.It is not just about driving traffic to your blog, but creating genuine networking and friendship for the long term benefit of your blog.Be honest whether in forums, giving comments or in social networking sites.By being a good member, you will benefit in the long term, you build strong relation with other bloggers, help them promote their blog, and they will surely help promote yours.

Socialize and remember to socialize the right way.

Take A Break.

No Comment - Post a comment

I read last week what Chris Garret wrote in his blog about how taking a break can be good for a blogger.Actually it is not only Chris,Darren and other bloggers have also wrote about taking a break from blogging can do wonders for your blogging life and will help keep you motivated.I have also wrote about this before and I'm posting it again with some bit of new things here and there.

Before this it is a bit difficult to just leave and go for a vacation,or maybe just go to my mothers house and not worry about not updating my blog.I have no laptops,so I won't be able to do anything if I left the house.Sure there are a lot of Internet cafes here, but most of it cater to those interested in playing online games,so imagine the noise and all the people cramped into one small area. Then also the issue of slow connection. But now I can go out and enjoy myself since Blogger introduce Schedule Post.I will schedule my post depending on how long I will be going,so no more worries of not updating and my readers can rest assured that they will always get fresh content every 2 days,as usual.

Spending time away from your daily blogging schedule sure can freshen you up and keep you motivated to carry on blogging.Blogging can sometime be stressful if you push yourself to hard, that is why some do it as a hobby, but to someone like me,it is not a hobby, and not a profession, but something that I want to do,something that I like to do.It is not stressful, but sometimes you do face days that you just don't have any idea what you wanted to blog about, because we are only human, and there are many things that can have an effect on our daily life, and our blogging ability. That is why I suggest you always bring a notebook and pen where ever you go,make notes if you suddenly get an idea of what you want to post. You can write and schedule your post since you have what you want to write about, and you can write it in advance so that there will be no pressure of needing to update your blog.

How To Stay Motivated.

That is why I like weekends.I can spend time away from blogging and make me fresh to start blogging again.Taking your time away can sure be good to your blogging life, because like working 9 to 5 or any other job,we must take time away to make us fresh.Take our mind away from things that are routine. If we keep on going without stopping,we will be burnout, because we are not machine or robots. Our mind have a limitation, and need a rest so it can function as well as it possibly can. That is why we need a good night sleep,to rest our mind, and start fresh when we woke up.Resting on weekends can relax your body after sitting in front of your PC or Laptops for hours everyday,so you will be fresh. It is good for your health too, since health has become one of the major issue concerning blogging.

Other Ideas?

OK..sometimes we do feel like not blogging. If I were to face this situation,I just simply rest, and not push myself to blog, thinking on what to post, because I know,if I do these,I can't produce anything,or even if I manage to,I don't think it will be worth publishing.

If I just feel a little lazy,or have an idea what to post but don't have the drive to write it,I just leave the house,go down and have a coffee at the cafe near by,or maybe I take a bus and go to the nearest mall, spend sometime there.

If I'm in no mood to go anywhere,I just take a short nap,or play the games I like(I just love to play football games on my PC!).

You can also cook,do household chores like sweeping the floor, doing the laundry or ironing your shirt.Just anything that can take your mind off blogging or take you away from your PC or laptops for a while.

Does It Works?

It certainly do for me,and from what I read in other posting, and in forums, most of them agree, taking times off can do wonders to freshen you up and keeping you motivated.

When is the last time you take a break?

Source For My Blog.

No Comment - Post a comment

One of the biggest problems that a blogger face is in updating the blog with fresh new material regularly. It won't be that difficult for personal blogs since anything can be written to be added to the blog, but what about niche blogs, something like mine.

I do find it difficult to write and update my blog regularly when I first start blogging, but I hope with this method that I use now,it can help me overcome it and maybe you can use it too if you find it helpful.
  • Emails/Newsletter.I'm sure most of you do subscribe to some kind of newsletter.I subscribe to maybe 3 or 4 newsletter, mostly about blogging,so I find that some of the articles very interesting and have very valuable lesson.I will take some point that I find interesting or important, and I will write something new out of it,something from my own perspective and view.Even emails from friends or blogging members can be used to create an article for my blog post,as long as I can relate it to blogging.
  • Feeds.I subscribe to 4 or 5 feeds from blogging blogs and you will get new ideas just from reading what they wrote in their blog. You MUST not copy the whole article, but you can write about the topic with your own view and maybe adding something that you know that was not in their articles.
  • Comments.Sometimes I receive comments from someone who ask about my previous article or disagreeing with it and I will use this to write a whole new post about it,rather that replying it through the comment section. This way it can be shared with a lot of other readers instead of just some who might be looking at the comments.
  • Forums.I always say that it is important to join forums, not only to expose your blog, but you can find a lot of interesting new things and a lot of question being asked about blogging in it,from this,I get a lot of ideas on what to write on my blog. There are also things about template, making money, sports, poem and almost everything there is in forums because forum members have a blog about a lot of different things and topics. You might find something interesting about your niche somewhere in the forums thread.
  • Archive. When I have no where else to go to,I look back at my older post, but instead of re-posting it,I wrote it back with a new perspective, adding new views and input.
  • Other blogs.Other than reading my mails and feeds,I visited a few other blogs everyday, some from my niche, some just random blogs, but I can always find some thing that I can write while doing this, maybe by reading their post or maybe just by looking at how they presented their blogs.
  • Books/Internet.I love to read and I still have a few books that I haven't finish reading, mostly about Internet Marketing,Blogging and SEO and I'm sure I can find some interesting topic when I'm done reading it,but I always look for something new to add to my reading material and the best way is by doing search for free ebooks on those 3 topics so I know I won't run out of things to read.
  • Notebook.I have wrote before on why you must always bring a notebook and pen where ever you go,because it will come in handy when you suddenly have an idea about what to post to your blog.My last 5 post is from the points that I write in my notebook,I just have to elaborate when I do my post, nice isn't it?
It is not a guarantee that you will not face anymore problems when you want to make a post, but I'm sure it will help a lot, especially when you want to take a leave for a holiday, vacation. You don't have to leave your blog without any new post for that period because you can schedule it and by having points to write in your notebook and from a lot of resources, you can easily make 5 to 6 schedule post while you enjoy your holiday or vacation.I sometimes schedule 1 to 2 post so that I can do something else without having to worry about not making a post.

Posting To Your Blog.

No Comment - Post a comment

A blog is not a blog without content, the difference between a blog and a website are a blog is regularly updated with what is supposed to be fresh, quality content. It is not hard to come across a blog that is not updated for a month,a few month or even a year.It is also not hard to see blogs without quality content too, especially if the blog is about a certain niche.

I've written many times before on why you should blog about topics that you know to be able to write regularly about it.What I want to share this time is about how to write your article,or making a post to your blog.
  • Topic.Write about things related to the topic of your blog. You can write about something else once in a while, maybe something about you personally, but keep it to the minimum.People subscribe to your blog because they are interested about the article which are relevant to your blog topic, but if you wandered off this topics to many times or constantly writing something unrelated, don't be surprised to see your subscribers declining.
  • Knowledge. You must have knowledge about your blog topic, and you can share your knowledge, experience by writing it in your blog.Knowing what you write will leave an impression among your readers that you know your stuff, earning you credibility and will certainly make you an authority figure about that particular topic. You can always add this knowledge, and get latest news by doing research and reading.Read and research your blog articles.
  • Keyword. An important aspect that you should not leave out while writing your article.Mixing related keywords in your articles will help boost your SEO,but don't fill your articles with keywords until your article become meaningless, write good informative article and blending in nicely all those necessary keywords into it.
  • Title. Some write the title and then the article, some wrote the article and then choose a suitable title, which ever it is,give your article a good, attractive, attention grabbing title. That is how newspaper are sold, the title attract people to buy it,they just have to know what is the story behind the title.
  • Points. If you have an idea about what to post to your blog, write it in your notebook or on a piece of paper in point forms.Write your post according to those points, elaborating about it as you write.
  • Formats.Write your article and break long post into paragraph.Use numbering or bullets when giving breakdown, align your post to the left or justify it to make your posting look neat .
  • Fonts.Choose the right font and the right font size for your article.Use simple font and a good font size so it is not too small or too big.
  • Highlighting.Highlight important words by making it bold,or using italic on names or title.Only use coloured text when it is really necessary, because sometimes readers will confuse it as links, and don't use colourful text if it is a niche blog. You can find it normally on personal blogs, but I don't see the reason in doing so.
  • Be yourself.Write the way you want to,as you like and as you see fit.You are not submitting the articles to get exam grades or writing an English Literature. Some people will complain about your grammar,or how bad your English is,you have no flow in your article.Take it all in your stride, everybody loves to be a critic,it is easy to give critic and the most important thing is,nobody is perfect. The important thing is readers can understand you.
Writing an article, posting it to your blog is something that you have to get used to.Once you do it regularly, routinely, the flow will come, and it won't be as hard when you first start writing.

Are You An Organized Blogger?

1 comments - Post a comment

Do you do your posting depending on which ever time you have to do it?Do you have any certain daily schedule that you follow or you just do things depending on your mood,on your available time?Do you have any certain priority things that top your daily list of things to do?Do you even have a Things To Do Today notes attach anywhere near your workstation or you don't even know what it is?

Being organized is an important factor that you might want to consider if you want to be a successful blogger simply because..
  • It will help you perform your daily task more efficiently.
  • Since you are doing your task more efficiently, you can concentrate more on giving your readers good content.
  • You can add more task like having another blog,or doing post for other blogs.
  • You can have more time doing other non blogging related things, like your health and your family and even quality time for yourself.
My daily "Things To Do" arrangement are like this.
  • Read Emails.
  • Read feed from reader.
  • Moderating comments.
  • Take a break.
  • Research.(For my post content or just as common knowledge)
  • Notes(For my post, normally I do this on weekend and write about 15-20 post points)
  • Posting to my blogs.
  • Schedule posting(This is still new to me)
  • Take another break.
  • Visit other blogs.
  • Spend time in forums.
  • Social networking/social media(I seldom do this but have to put more effort and time doing it)
  • Time to rest.
How you spend and organized your time depends on whether you are blogging part time or full time, but still it is important to keep thing organized with a schedule that you have to learn to follow.Learn to have a pen and a small notebook as a companion where ever you go,you never know when the idea will suddenly come,I've wrote about this before and you can read it here.

When you have some ideas, write it in point forms, this way you can easily have points for about 15-20 posts. You can elaborate while you write your post.It won't be easy, but once you get used to it,you will find it exciting.Being prepared and organized will definitely bring your blogging experience to a new level, you will feel more relax, your ideas will come more easily because it has taken the stress out of your blogging life.

Does Blogging Have Similarity With Cooking?

No Comment - Post a comment

I love to cook,I've been a cook in some part of my life and I cook daily now since I live on my own so I do see some similarity between blogging and cooking.

What would you need when you want to cook?Firstly you must decide what the menu would be,same as blogging, when you want to start a blog, you have to decide what you should blog about.Once you know what your menu would be,you buy all the ingredient, prepare it,and you must have some kitchen utensil like a knife, chopping board and a pan to cook your meal and a stove to cook it on,or maybe you use a microwave oven.Same as blogging, once you decide what you want to blog about, you make notes on what your article would be,which blogging platform to use and there are certain tools that you need to add to your blog.

I have no formal training on how to cook,I mostly learn through observation, especially looking at how my mother would prepare the dish, and later learning by looking at how the senior cook do it.I also watch cooking programs on TV to add some extra knowledge.Same goes for blogging, there are no formal training for bloggers,no school to attend, but we learn by looking at other blogs, especially the one by a well known blogger. We watch video tutorials, read ebooks about blogging, the rest is a trial by error process.

Almost anybody can cook,or must have cook something in their whole life, maybe a burger, frying eggs, but not all can cook very well, like preparing lunch or dinner for a few friends,or maybe cooking a special dinner for your date to impress him or her.Anybody can start their own blog,a very simple blog about daily happenings in life,or maybe a specific niche blog, about making money, weight loss, celebrity, religion or even blogging tips, but, like cooking, not everybody can blog very well, maybe you are an average blogger,or you don't have it in you to actually be a good blogger, but like cooking, you can always learn, and these days, there are instant food that you can prepare just by putting it in the microwave, turn on the heat, and its ready, but it won't taste as good as the one being prepared from scratch, the same goes about blogging, there are a lot of tools that you can use,you can even get free articles to put on your blog if you find it hard to write one on your own,but it won't be as good as the one that you wrote yourself.

I don't have a stove or a microwave oven, but I can still prepare my food, simply by using my rice cooker! One of the most important thing I learn about cooking is how to improvise,to make use of whatever that is available, but still manage to prepare a decent dish for lunch,or dinner. You can always apply it to blogging too,you have limited resources,so you use free blogging platform instead of paying for a domain and hosting, use whatever that is available for you,and don't give excuse if you really want to start a blog, really want to be a serious blogger. There are free blog templates if you want your blog to look different, all kind of free widgets that you can add to your blog to make it look better and different.

Once you are done cooking,it is time to eat.How does it taste?Good..then you have it in you..Awful..you better just buy your lunch and dinner or ask someone to cook for you.You have finish writing your post, now it is time to publish it..you read it once,twice..satisfied..you hit the publish button..or you read it once, change something a bit, read it again..still there is something wrong..in the end..you just delete the whole post because you think it is not good enough. If you taste your cooking and feels that it taste so bad, imagine what others will say if you give it to them, same goes for blogging,if you doesn't feel that your writing is good, how would others respond to it,maybe blogging is not for you, even though you know people do make money blogging, don't make a fool of yourself trying to be like them, because they achieve it not in 3 month time and by using free articles.

I love to cook, that is why I can easily learn about it and be good at it because I do it regularly, the same goes to blogging,I love blogging, that is why I can still be here, posting to my blog, doing it regularly so I can one day be very good at it.It is easier to learn when you learn about something you like, and you will have fun doing it,because it is something that you love doing.I cook for fun,but because of it,I improve myself, become a good cook and I get paid doing it,so hopefully I will find the same kind of success blogging.
